Reservation  Request/ Order Confirmation

The web Order Form is for your initial online reservation request only. After you create an account or check out as guest, your cart information is finalized and your Credit Card information is confirmed you will be  charged a $25  deposit. You will receive an automated summary of your reservation request including all of the information you have supplied. This reservation summary is not a guaranteed order. Customer Service will usually contact you by phone or email within 12 hours or the next business day to review your order and confirm pricing, equipment availability and special instructions as well as delivery costs and scheduling if  that option is chosen.  After your request is confirmed  by our office, you will receive a finalized  Store Order by email. For same day or next day requests please call our office directly and speak to our staff to place your order. At least 48 hours is required to guarantee  delivery orders placed on our website. If immediate assistance is required after hours  emergency numbers can be found on our FAQ page. When contacting us about any order, please have at least 2 of the following details available so we may find your order promptly: Last name listed on order, if staying at hotel or resort the Property Name, and  also the  start date and /or return date of the rental order. Please be sure to include any special instructions where indicated on the order form so we may serve your needs better.

We may have limited quantities on some items during certian holidays, winter months and generally busy times. Bikes, jogging strollers, breast pumps, box spring/mattresses and some medical items are examples of limited quantitiy items. Folding tables and chairs are also limited quantity items. It is advisable to reserve many items up to 4 weeks in advance of a major holiday or during the winter season months. 


 Rental pricing is computed  at the 1 week rate.  3 night  minimum rates may be available ( not offered on all items) on any order not starting or ending on a Sunday or Holiday ( 3 night rates may not be available over Holiday Weeks including Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Presidents Week, Easter or Passover Weeks on many items due to availability). Extra night charges are computed  daily after the first week rate. In most cases  at 11 nights( 1 week plus 4 nights)  pricing will freeze and no extra time will be charged for the remaining  12-14 nights (2 week rate).  Week 3 to to Week  8 rates are further discounted and reflected in your cart, and for rates longer than 8 weeks  please call or wait for  the office response to obtain accurate pricing. Once an order is delivered if plans change and you need the equipment longer,we reserve the right to charge the additional time you need at the original weekly rate  going forward. Please try to give an accurate return date on the order so you will get the best long term pricing. We can  meet or beat all valid competitor pricing. All Delivery orders are subject to Cart minimums based on Delivery City and if that required minimum is not met a note will display when attempting to place your order. 

Damage Waiver and Convenience Fee

All orders are subject to a mandatory Damage Waiver fee of 5%  computed on the rental amount with a minimum of $3.75 per order. This fee is not taxed. The Damage Waiver fee is a prepaid non refundable fee that covers accidental and unintentional damge such as breakage or basic cleanup costs up to $100 per item that you may be otherwise liable for while the rental equipment is in your possession. Negligence, improper use, lost, stolen or misplaced items are not covered losses. Please note that failure to protect equipment from lawn sprinklers, rain and extreme sunblock damage to upholstered items are not covered losses. 

Convenience fee of 4% is added on the Rental/Sale  line portion of your invoice. This fee is not taxed. We will be happy to waive this fee if you choose to pay the balance of your order with Cash upon reciept of equipment. Please let the office know before delivery so we can adjust your invoice pricing.

Showroom/After Hours

Most equipment is readily available for Customers to pickup from our Showroom (see our FAQ page for details)  Our showroom is closed Sundays and Holidays. We will compute rental charges from the day before until the day after any days we are closed. Showroom hours from November through June are Monday - Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 4:00pm. Summer showroom  hours from June to November are Monday - Friday 9:00am to 4:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 1:00pm. Depending on the situation  we may offer options so that equipment may be picked up or dropped off when showroom is closed. Please discuss these options with one of our representatives. Our phone and e-mail is accessible twenty-four (24) hours a day, and we check phone messages after hours and days when showroom is closed. If you require equipment last minute or a response within 48 hours , it is advisable to call our showroom and speak directly with one of our representatives. 

Our showroom is located in Riviera Beach and convenient to both I-95 and the Florida Turnpike. We are just 7 minutes north of the Palm Beach International Airport (Check our price on car seat rental before bringing or renting from the car rental agency; Florida law requires car seats for children under five (5) years of age.)  Cancellations , Modifications and Unused time

In the event you must cancel your order please notify us by phone or email immediately. If you cancel within 48 hours of placing the initial order your $25 deposit charge will reversed. After 48 hours of initially placing your order the $25 deposit charge will not be returned. Any future cancellations prior to 48 hours of your Rental Start date will not incur any additional charge. Cancellations within 48 hours (2 days) of Rental Start date will be charged 50% of the order value which can be used on future orders.  You may modify your order at any time before the order ships. Modifications to existing orders must be done over the phone or email and cannot be done through our web site. Orders under $35 will be charged in full. No refunds for early termination or unused time or items after rental equipment payment is processed and /or received.

Cancellations made during Holiday and Peak rental weeks 

Cancellations or modified rental dates of any items (or complete orders ) placed with a delivery / out date prior to 10 business days of the following Holidays will be charged in full (less delivery charges if applicable)  Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Years Day, Presidents Day, Easter Sunday and the 1st day of Passover.  There will be no  exceptions and no credits or refunds.

Delivery/Pickup Service

Delivery / Pickup service fees are charged in addition to all rental rates. Our  Delivery / Pickup service runs from 8:00am to 4:00pm on normal store business days. (See above) Depending on the delivery location, fees average $59.00 round-trip but may range from $49.00 to $99.00 or more.  Orders placed within 48 hours or same day of rental may be assesed additional charges. Delivery Surcharges  will  also be added for Box Spring Bed deliveries or large orders based on the complexity of the delivery. These fees will be added to your order if you request delivery on the order form, and will be noted on your return confirmation with your total order price and reference number. If your rental requires multiple trips for adding on other items after the initial delivery of your order or our our driver cannot drop your delivery or access equipment for pickup after a confirmed appointment we reserve the right to charge additional stop charges starting at $25, waiting time charges of$15 minimum for each 15 minutes ,and additional night rental charges if applicable. We will call you twenty-four (24) hours or more in advance to let you know the approximate time of your Delivery / Pickup and generally give a 2 hour window of time. (During peak times we may request to deliver up to a few days sooner or pick-up a few days later.) Requests for Delivery / Pickup times can be made for early morning or afternoon, but will not be guaranteed. A Baby's Choice  policy is that all equipment must be made accessible on day of pickup by 12 noon or extra night charges will apply. If you need to keep a car seat late in the day or after noon and we have scheduled an earlier  pickup of other equipment, arrangements can be made for you to drop it in our store later that day or next morning with no additional day charges. Please request this in our special request area on the order form. 

Many Residential communities, Condominium complexes and Air BnB properties have specific delivery hours and  vendor instructions. These properties may have rules limiting deliveries and elevator or dock space reservations. Many require us to obtain Certificate of  Insurance  to be filled out prior to us coming on property. It is up to the customer to advise A Baby's Choice of any details we need to work out to arrange your delivery. Failure of the customer to do so properly may result in additional charges due to rescheduling or additional waiting times at the property. Please check with your property and advise us of any details prior to  the confirmation of your order. Most of our rental equipment folds or is easily moveable. (Even our large cribs fold up) In many cases arrangements can be made to leave equipment in safe, dry areas allowing us to deliver / pickup if nobody can be present. Remember to alert all guards, gatehouses, building managers or concierge that you are expecting a delivery / pickup from Baby and Guest Equipment Rentals.

For Commercial orders( Hotels) with large quantities of equipment  we deliver / pickup at loading dock or easy access within 50 feet of unload. If not within these limits additional charges may be incurred.  For deliveries  of large quantities of tables and chairs, we do not set up or breakdown and deliver/pickup within 50 feet of unload.  

We have included an area on the order form for special requests. Please use this area to give us any important detailed information that would enable us to serve you most efficiently. Examples of important detailed information would be the Name and number of a Property Manager, real estate agent, relative or any other contact name who may assist us.  Also state your arrival and departure times as well as childrens age's and gender's.  Please specify if the property  is  Multi story and has stairs or an elevator.( Additional charges may be incurred if the order involves placing large amounts of equipment on 2nd or 3rd levels or hard to access locations within the property). Please advise us of the room/locations to place or set up any cribs , beds or heavy objects we might be delivering to  the property as well as questions you might need a response to. We do not unbag linens or make up cribs or beds.  And remember that you still may want to contact Baby and Guest Equipment Rentals by phone at 561-686-0101 to firm up any questionable details. 


Prior to delivery customers will need to have signed a rental contract/liability waver.

The undersigned renter agrees that the rented items will at all times remain the property of A Baby's Choice. The renter has examined the items and found them to be in good condition and will return them in as good a condition as when renter received these items. There will be an additional charge for rental items returned with parts missing or in exceptionally dirty condition. This is a contract to rent equipment and not a contract for sale. Customer agrees to notifyA Baby's Choice in case that any item is not functioning correctly. If any of the rented equipment is damaged or lost, it is the responsibility of the renter to pay replacement cost, by charging the credit card provided to A Baby's Choice. The replacement cost will be based on current department store prices. Renter is responsible for correct use of rental items according to manufacturers’ instructions and guidelines. A Baby's Choice is not responsible for accidents or injuries caused directly or indirectly in the use of the rented items. I hereby agree for myself, all of my family and all heirs to waive, release and discharge A Baby's Choice, their rental agents, servants, employees, agents, officers, directors, or representatives for any and all liability for any property damage, loss, personal injury, loss of life and/or other casualty which may occur during the course of this rental agreement and the use of the items. It is further understood and agreed that this waiver, release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, and assigns in the event of any death or injury. I confirm that I have read this agreement and voluntarily assume all risks of any damages occurring in connection with the items in this rental agreement.


Any and all the information collected on this site will be kept strictly private within our protected servers and used to aid Squire Trading Inc (the parent company of A Baby's Choice) in servicing your order or future orders only.This information will not be sold, published, rented, disclosed or loaned to anyone. All the information you provide us will be held in strict confidence going forward and not be used in any other way other than what you are consenting to in this terms of service.If you have any questions email us @contact@ababyschoice.com.
